1. Your user login supplied by Web InSite.
2. The access URL supplied by Web InSite.

First things first.. Log In!
You must use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher -
If you do not have a current version please visit:

Once you are all set up and you have reached the login page (be
sure to bookmark for later use) - type in your user name
and password.
Wizards: handy little tools to walk
you through adding new products, categories, product attributes,
shipping methods and more.
Groups: you can leave this alone unless
your feeling adventerous.
Countries: You can add/delete countries
that are allowed to order from your store.
States: add your tax info, remove specific
states that you may want to exclude for some reason.
Categories: Here is the key to organizing
your site and your products. You can have Parent Categories
(top level, say HATS) and Sub Categories (under the parent,
say Hats: Baseball). Once you set up your categories you
can then assign products to them - products can belong
to more than one category!
Products: The key to your whole internet
experience! Here is where you add / edit / delete your products.
Add thumbnail i (the small ones - sneak peak) and Full
i (the big ones)
Upsale: If you have some item that
Everyone needs. Assign it to Upsale - be sure to read the
Miva docs for tips before attempting this.
Shipping Configuration: Here is where
you can add/edit/delete your shipping options.
Payment Configuration: Here is where
you can add/edit/delete your payment options.
Order Fulfillment: Here is where you
can add/edit/delete your order fulfillment options.
Logging and Systems: refer to the online
Miva documents.
Customers: Here you can access customer
information for those who have created user names.
Availibity & Price Groups and Order
Processing: refer to the online Miva documents.
Utilities: refer to the online Miva
documents. This is where you can upload a database of your
products.
