Can I upgrade from one package to another ? - Top

Yes. You can upgrade hosting plans or even to a fully functional WISP virtual server at any time. We will give you a credit of 20% of the setup fee for an upgrade to one of our WISP virtual server packages.
Can I use my account for commercial purposes ? - Top

Absolutely. You can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the internet community. If desired, Netscape compatible SSL data encryption/secure processing is available for all our packages. SSL provides an environment whereby payment information (such as a credit card number) can be transmitted from the web browser to a web server in an encrypted mode.
Do you accept international orders ? - Top

YES. We are pleased to have customers around the world and we are as close as your computer. If desired, we can host non-US domain name extensions. We will send you the information needed to point your domain name at our servers.

What contract and payment options do you offer ? - Top

Our packages are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annually basis. We do not require any minimum contract duration if monthly payment is selected. For monthly payments we gladly accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. In addition annual and quarterly payments can be made by personal or company checks.
Can I resell your service ? - Top

Yes. We offer a great reseller program. You can choose between receiving a commission as a transparent reseller or enjoying great volume disocunts as a full reseller. For further information check out our reseller home page.
